Ireland's best adventure race - join a new challenge. On road and off road running.  33km and 61km routes incorporating running, cycling, and kayaking in and around Cork/Kerry's scenic Duhallow Way.  Be part of the first ever group to complete this well designed course - often challenging, sometimes gruelling, but never boring! - incorporating some of Southern Ireland's most challenging climbs.  Rising to a peak of 644 above sea level, Mushra More is a daunting off road adventure race challenge.  With a bike trail weaving along narrow country roads through some of Ireland's most unexplored countryside, this challenge will start (with a challenging 8km off road running challenge) and finish at Ireland's unspoilt Boggeragh Mountains in the unique Millstreet Country Park.  

Be first to complete the short dash or dunk to finish at the Crannog lake.................. within this unique 500 acre parkland.

Including elite, runners and joggers categories as well as relay team entries, there is something for everyone in this multi discipline challenge.
